Mind Blowing Symmetry Hack for ZBrush
Now we need to begin sculpting. And for that, we're going to need to enable symmetry. So we do that on the transform panel and you can see here. If you want your retopology to be symmetrical across the model's X axis, simply make sure that Transform >> Symmetry is turned on, with the X axis active. I tried with my zbrush Ctrl alt klick then assign a Button and it works as intended, cant really help besides that, maybe its different with.

I modeled the skull first, moved and rotated it where i wanted it and inserted the sphere subtool and moved it under the skull to prepare the jaw modeling. You can use Set Pivot and Clear Pivot in the Transform palette to temporarily set the pivot for a subtool or mesh portion. Symmetry across an axis refers to the orientation of your model. If you divide your mesh after establishing Poseable Symmetry, you will revert to normal symmetry.
